Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using healthcare-report.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

Healthcare Reports is an independent analytics dashboard that visualizes publicly available information from the Clover Health provider directory. It exists to help patients, researchers, and industry observers understand the size, geographic distribution, and Clover Assistant adoption of Clover Health’s provider network over time. All information is aggregated for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Affiliation

Healthcare Reports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Clover Health, Clover Health Investments Corp., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. “Clover Health” and “Clover Assistant” are trademarks of their respective owners. All other trademarks and trade names referenced belong to their respective owners.

3. Data Source and Accuracy

Data on the Site is obtained from Clover Health’s public provider-search endpoint and stored in point-in-time nightly snapshots. Because the source data changes continuously, information on the Site may be out of date or contain inaccuracies. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. If you are a patient or prospective member seeking care, contact your health plan or the provider directly to verify network status, availability, or eligibility. See Section 4 below.

4. No Reliance — Do Not Use the Site to Make Decisions

The Site presents statistics derived from point-in-time snapshots of a third party’s public directory. Those snapshots may be incomplete, stale, or wrong, and the figures shown are the output of automated aggregation — estimates, not verified facts. A provider’s presence, absence, or classification on the Site is not evidence of anything.

You must not rely on the Site, or anything derived from it, to make any decision. Without limitation, do not use the Site to decide:

  • whether to seek, continue, change, or forgo care from any provider or practice;
  • whether any provider is in-network, accepting new patients, licensed, credentialed, or otherwise available or eligible;
  • whether to enroll in, keep, change, or cancel any health plan, insurance product, or benefit;
  • whether to buy, sell, or hold any security, including securities of Clover Health Investments, Corp.;
  • any employment, credentialing, contracting, referral, reimbursement, or other business decision concerning any provider or practice.

Verify anything that matters directly with the provider and with the relevant health plan before acting on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any decision made, action taken, or loss suffered in reliance on the Site or its contents.

5. Permitted Use

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational or research purposes only.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Selling, reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any data or content displayed on or derived from the Site.
  • Using the Site or its content to harass, defame, spam, or otherwise target any provider, practice, or individual.
  • Scraping, mirroring, or bulk-downloading the Site or its underlying data.
  • Reverse-engineering, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Using the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including HIPAA, the CAN-SPAM Act, or the FTC Act.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, layout, source code, and aggregated statistics are the property of the operator. Underlying provider data is public information published by Clover Health and remains subject to any rights they may hold.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
